BELOW ARE BUNNYSGALORE TERMS AND CONDITIONS A COPY OF THESE WILL BE POSTED TO YOU BEFORE BOARDING, YOU WILL NEED TO SIGN AND RETURN THESE TO ME WITH YOUR 50% DEPOSIT, THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS WILL STAY IN YOUR PETS BOARDING FILE AND WILL BE USED FOR FUTURE BOARDING DATES.

(if you are booking for a last minute boarding date and there is not enough time for me to send t % c in post  then t&c will need to be signed on arrival and full payment will be paid on arrival if you book then cancel without paying a 50%deposit this will still be payable on cancellation )

FEES

1 Rabbit/ guinea pig £5 per night

2 sharing a hutch/cage £6 per night

extra £1 per animal sharing a hutch/cage

small furries such as hamsters / gerbils/rats /small birds etc (including hedghogs )

will be charged at £3.50p per night per cage (cage,bedding to be supplied by you)

WE NOW OFFER A COLLECTION AND RETURN SERVICE FOR YOUR PETS THIS WILL BE CHARGED AT A LITTLE LOWER THAN OUR LOCAL CAB COMPANY AND WILL BE CHARGED EACHWAY ALSO IF YOU LIVE INNER LONDON THERE MAYBE A CONGESTION CHARGE PLEASE CONTACT ME FOR QUOTES

Once your boarding is booked a copy of these terms and conditions will be posted to you please sign and return this with your deposit.

If you wish to pay your 50% deposit  via paypal please let me know as  i will contact you for deposit payment once signed terms and conditions have been received by myself.

For late bookings t&c are to be signed on arrival and full cash payment required if you cancel before your boarding date 50% deposit will still be required.

PLEASE BE  AWARE IF DEPOSITS ARE NOT RECEIVED 48 HRS AFTER I HAVE RECEIVED YOUR SIGNED TERMS AND CONDITIONS (ALLOWING FOR WEEKENDS) THEN I WILL CONTACT YOU ONCE ONLY, IF I STILL DO NOT RECEIVE YOUR DEPOSIT THEN YOUR BOOKING WILL BE CANCELLED  AND OFFERED TO SOMEONE ELSE BUT DEPOSIT WILL STILL BE PAYABLE.

ALSO FOR LARGE BOOKINGS SUCH AS 3 HUTCHES/CAGES OR MORE BOOKED FOR 1 BOARDING PERIOD AN AGREED DEPOSIT AMOUNT IS TO BE PAID AND YOU ARE WELCOME TO PAY AMOUNTS MONTHLY UNTIL YOUR BOARDING DATE BUT PLEASE NOTE ALL PAYMENTS PAID ARE NON REFUNDABLE.

for this payment your animal will receive the best possible home from home care

you bring your rabbit/guinea pig/small furries and i do the rest !!!!!

(please supply your own water bottles and wires and a small supply of food which will be mixed with ours to avoid tummy upsets.) You are welcome to provide your pets full amount of food.

supply of hutch/cage, food,water,bedding,(woodchip,hay)   fresh fruit and veg daily

toys, shredded paper 

lots of petting and handling if safe to do so  

daily runs within secure outdoor runs OR indoors if boarding indoor only.

Indoor rabbits/guinea pigs are welcome they have the run of the conservatory and secluded part outdoor patio area.

hutches/cages are topped up daily and are cleaned out fully  2 times per week  by

A fresh top up of bedding is added everyday and toilet corners cleaned everyday!!!!!

oral medication can be administered by me claire  if needed with written consent from owner.

grooming , nail clipping INCLUDED IN BOARDING FEES 

also please note no boarding animals are mixed at anytime during there stay with us due to cross infections and unwanted pregnancys.

vaccinations against vhd and myxomatosis are required before boarding here and proof will have to be shown on arrival.

( anyone that is told there rabbit is vaccinated on purchase from shops or breeders must have certificates supplied with your bunnies, no certificates means not vaccinated)

all animals are checked for any signs of illness including fleas/lice etc on arrival if any signs are shown then your animals boarding booking could be terminated and full payment will still be required.

all hutches/ cages are fully disinfected (animal friendly) after collection of your animal .

we supply 6ft hutches 4ft hutches 3ft hutches and nero cages  your requirements will be discussed with you on booking day.

6ft hutches for giant breeds.

4ft hutches for smaller breeds.

3ft hutches and nero cages for guinea pigs.

all outdoor hutches and runs are covered at night with tarpaulins.

large and small runs for exercise during the day.

 contracts are to be signed on arrival.

please clearly mark your pets name and collection date on all carrier boxes, and anything supplied with your pet. we do not hold any responsability for any broken water bottles,bowels etc.

If any of my customers are rude or abusive to me or any of my staff i hold the right to terminate your pets stay with us without any refunds!
